    I always enjoy a good old fashioned telephone call. Like the old Tee Vee commercial,always
    made me cry. I am really enjoying the little show and I will probably check out the archive.
    I like the calming apps. I have Sleep machine thingy, it helps. Deep breaths always a good thing, too. Stay safe and healthy.
