Be careful, herr Fattness! The brussel sprout is addictive. I personally also love them blanched with a whole-grain mustard sauce. Mmm…brussel sprouts…you could also make a mustard rendered bacon fat sauce…it sounds like restaurant week was really good to you! I’ve really been enjoying hearing the recaps. Ah! So food obsessed, no wonder I’m fat, but my goal is to not be as fat as you. Meh! 🙂
