Yummy, yummy in the tummy. These freeze well. Great for breakfast too!
1 pound HOT pork sausage
1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
3 cups Bisquick
Mix by hand the sausage, cheese and worcestershire sauce.
Add Bisquick and mix very well. Roll into balls (about quarter sized)
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. DELICIOUS.
It’s Big Fatty’s Favorite Holiday Treat
4 pans small rolls (Pepperidge Farm about 20/pan)
2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
2 sticks salted butter
3 Tablespoons Poppy Seeds
1 medium onion, grated (do not use dried – VILE)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 pound VERY thinly shaved ham
1 pound grated swiss cheese
Slice rolls in half keeping all tops together and and all bottoms together. It’s best to use an electric knife (this is the toughest part) Place roll bottoms back in their aluminum pans.
In saucepan, melt butter then add, mustard, onion worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds. Spoon mixture evenly over roll bottoms in all 4 pans.
Top the roll bottoms evenly with the shaved ham and then add the swiss cheese. Return tops to their respective pans. Pans can be returned to plastic bags the rolls were sold in. They freeze well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut into individual rolls and serve. DELICIOUS.
